I just phoned the 800 number and spoke with a Tier II Rep whom was very accommodating and as helpful as can be. Maybe the fact that we have the same first name and had a good laugh together was a big help. Pleasant conversation indeed…

He was quite surprised, like me, when he noticed that my Filing date was the same date reported on the USCIS Case Timeline (July 18, 2012)… He advised that my case is “still pending” and that if I don’t hear anything back by Monday; I should call back and issue another Service Request.

Unfortunately there wasn’t anything else he could pass onto me that would be of any help, so the best we can do is just wait and put in another SR next week.

Prayers offered up,

Sahs

Wish you heard better news. Keep in mind that Monday is a federal holiday.

I bet they are getting swamped by service requests now with the number of people about to go over 6 or 7 months. Hopefully they will get tired of them and actually start processing again.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

Thanks! I bet you're right! They must be getting overwhelmed with calls for folks like us for information and service requests!

What Holiday is Monday? I wasn't aware of that...

You should hear something soon. I called just before Christmas and they said call back in 8 days and then I could fill out a Service Request. We were approved December 31st without me calling. Keep in mind weekends and Holidays when anyone count days. Ours took a total of 208 days for NOA2. On the good side they are scheduling interviews fast. They were accomodating and was going to give us an interview in just a little more than a week. Too soon as we were not ready.

All I can say is make sure your fiancee has her stuff ready and you have sent her the docs she needs. Then get her to medical and you will be on your way. I booked my fiancee for two weeks from tomorrow. CFO is next week. Good luck.. You will be there soon. Prayers goes out for anyone in this process.

Guys hang in there, just got off the phone with TIER II most of the July that hasn't be processed has been assigned to an Adjudicator and I know mine is as well. I am at day 199 and I know it is very frustrating waiting, but hoping that next week or week after we will definitely hear something from them regarding our cases hopefully a NOA2 and at the worst case a RFE. So hopefully something will develop at the end of the day today or next week. At the latest the last week of Feb. God Speed all.

What does it mean that July fliers who haven't been approved have been sent to an adjudicator? Sorry, not up on the lingo! Thanks!!

It means that those files that are still in Initial Review has been assigned to an Adjudicator (the one who approves or denies, or requests more evidence to adjudge your petition) is given to a specific person to adjuge the case and issue out NOA2s or RFEs. Hope this helps.
