So for the past two days I have been seeing VSC send out NOA2s for K1 at a fairly good pace and RFEs if need be. While nothing for CSC. Really find that annoying. I mean comeon we are waiting for some good news ourselves. I have been more than patient. It is day 198 for me since my NOA1. So whats the deal? How come people from August are getting approved and I am July and still sitting pretty on the desk of an Adjudicator.

Correction to my above post. I saw someone get a NOA2 from CSC who happens to be an August filer. Awesome. Not if they can just work on July dammit.

It's more than that...it is likely because of the high volume of DACA cases CSC is processing. And don't take my word for it, look at the data and decide for yourself.

This is a slowdown on a whole new level. Last year VSC's worst month for K1 NOA2s was 55 here on VJ. CSC's total for November, December, January and half of February combined is 59.

Starting next week CSC's normal processing time will be 7 months, maybe that will get them going ....... I hope.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

And it's ridiculous there's nothing we can do about it. Nor get any answers from those lemmings
