All petitions are sent to the Texas lockbox, where they are rerouted accordingly. DO not do business with the lawyer who doesn't know that. Please read the instructions on the I-129F.

Wrong. It does NOT go to California.

please read the instructions for the I-129F.

It clearly states where to send the petition. If you have missed that then you may have missed other very important things listed in the instructions for the forms/package.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
