Hi how are you?

I was wondering what documents needed ,i married a person coming with a visa waver program country and now we applying for the AOS package and i was wondering what documents i need to file?

I ask this because i been reading the forum but wanted to make sure i have the right documents before i send them so everything can go as planned and right =) ,thank you and let me know=)...

I think you mean your spouse is currently in the US...the guide you need is here...AOS2 Link

I will ask the mods to move this to the proper forum - you posed in the one for those AOS'ing from a K1 visa. You want the AOS from Work, Tourist, etc. visa.

Moved from adjustment from family based visas to adjustment from tourist visas as the OP is adjusting from the VWP not a family visa.

Thank you for all the help...I'm filling out the papers and these are the questions I have

Form I-864

Part 5 question 21

If I'm the sponsor to my husband and count him as a person ill sponsor,then do I need to put anybody else if he's the only one since the line 21c should I out 1 person again since he's my husband or leave it blank?

Part 3 number 8 do I say yes if there is a secondary sponsor?

Form I-485

C/o question what it means and what should I put ? Am I caring for my husband?

Part 2 which line to choose?

Part 3 organizations are counted as church also?

That's all let me know and you guys are awesome thank you for the help...

One last question do I send the entire package to one address or some will be splited in 2 different addresses?
