so i guess everyone has heard about the passing of stateside provisional waiver and for I-601A. I know one cannot apply for the stateside waiver yet until 3/4/2013. but can one at least submit the I-130 for now. i just dont want to risk getting an appointment date to NVC prior to 3/4/2013 since one cannot file the I-601A yet. what do you guys think , is it safe to submit I-130 for now? Thanks for any ideas, suggestions, advice.

definitly send it now, because usually it takes from 5 to 7 months to be approved.
