Hello everyone,

So It's been 8 days since NVC received my AOS package and they also received my DS-230 package the day before yesterday. I called NVC today and the CS guy told me that AOS has not been uploaded into their system yet. Do you guys know when I should hear from NVC, i.e.. when will we get our interview date?

For AOS it takes up to 20 business days to get reviewed,if no RFE then you will have that one already done. Since IV process is not dependent of AOS, once they finish the review of your DS-230 -as well up to 20 days to get reviewed- if no RFE, case complete.

Let's say that in around the 2nd week of march max (considering the 20 business days) your case could be completed and then you will be in queue until an interview date is available for you.

Remember that schedules for interview vary from country to country, some countries unfortunately have to wait for months to get an appointment and some others the interview could be taken place about 3 weeks later.

Good luck!!

Thank you! The NVC CS person told me the same 20 days, but does it really take that long?

I just sent my AOS recently as well hehe, and I was told the same thing by NVC rep “up to 20 business days. I asked in another thread if t really takes that long and I was told that usually it takes less than 20business days but reps have to say that estimated time (its like a script) if we ask hehe

I can see that you mailed both packages together! I sent them separately (it's been 10 days since NVC got the AOS and only 3 days since they got DS-230 package). I hope that mine will be approved by next Friday! :innocent:
