I am a July 9th filler, and just got my NOA2 last week....don't panic, when I got my NOA2 there where lots of fillers after our date that got approved before us but keep in mind that each adjudicator has his amount of cases to process and not all of them at USCIS finish one month at the same time....(does it make sense?)

You will have good news soon don't worry and good luck!

I really feel for you. I am a July 20th filer and have heard absolutely nothing. Our Attorney has rang the USCIS up on behalf of us to see what's going on, but have heard nothing back! It is very disheartening the order they file these petitions, especially when you see some December 2012 and even January 2013 petitions being approved and we have had to wait nearly 7 months! I am trying to stay strong and hang in there, but it's so frustrating. I am really down about this, I hope and pray we hear something soon. :(

You guys are at the finish line, keep heart! Both Service centers are heavily processing late July petitions. You may see a few from later months, and the occasional lightning fast approval, but those are the exceptions. The majority of late July NOA-1 cases are getting approved as we speak.

Ours came 6 weeks after VJ's timeline estimate. It took 208 days. Hang in there you will get there. Start really being concerned at 210 plus days. It looks like you are still within the range of time based on what I am ready. Luck of the draw for August filers ahead of you. We had the same thing happen to us. Good luck

Your going crazy,I'm beyond that. My Nao1 is 6/25/12 n still no answer from vsc at this point I'm infuriated. They went beyond my processing time n when I file a service request they say my case is under review and can take up to 60 days. I'm trying to hold on but obviously I'm stressed out.I say to you to hold on some more a lot of us are going through the same situation.

I see no approval for NOA2 from CSC :( At least Vermont is doing something. I'm just living like a zombie.

I see someone for CSC updated their timeline yesterday, they got their NOA2 for CSC yesterday but the person is a late August filer. So ya we are seeing some movement just in the wrong month.

I too am getting frustrated and depressed. My NOA1 from CSC is July 26. I can't help but feel enraged when I see people in late August and September getting approved when there are so many in July like myself who haven't received a response or even a RFE. I wouldn't be as frustrated if it seemed that CSC was processing cases, but one or two NOA2s seem to trickle in each week - and often from later file dates. What further enrages me is calling CSC and not getting a straight answer. Talking to the customer service reps I get one response, talking to a Tier 2 gets me a contradictory response. The customer service reps told me that my application is within normal processing time still and that I could not do a service request. They said that they were processing July 18 still (which they have been saying for almost two months now?!? umm what? Sounds like it is a just a script/excuse) When I asked to speak to a Tier 2 representative, I was transferred to one, who said my application was NOT in normal processing time and that if I wanted I could submit a service request online. I told her what the previous person had said, she she said they were wrong. I told her I had heard of people trying to do the service request and not being permitted to go through with it (per other VJ posters with July dates), and she basically laughed at me and said that she had walked several people through the steps that day (though not saying if they were K-1 filers or not). I asked if my application had been "touched" and she said that of course it has been looked at because it is an ongoing process of reviewing the applications. She wouldn't give me a date of when my file was looked at. So after I got off the phone with her I tried to do the service request, and of course the system wouldn't let me, saying that I am still within normal processing time. I just want to know what is going on. Why such a delay? Why can't they give an estimate? Waiting wouldn't be so hard if I knew approximately how much longer I had or when I was going to receive a response! Every time I have called it is always "wait 3 weeks" or "wait a month" and then when I do and call back, it is just "wait another month." I can barely function at work and cry myself to sleep.

Just my own opinion but if I had filed in July or before and still had heard nothing I would be calling for a service request for sure.

May God bless and keep you always~ May your wishes all come true~ May you always do for others~ And let others do for you~

May you build a ladder to the stars~ And climb on every rung~May you stay forever young

I called 6 weeks ago. The tier 2 person filled a service request. After 2 weeks received that we had to wait 120 days. I called again like 2 weeks ago and a new tier 2 person gave me a speech stating they are overloaded wait 120 days.

I wrote to my congressman now still waiting. CSC stinks
