Just called NVC they gave me my case number and told me ill recieve a email in 3-4 business days or mail in 2-4 weeks. What's next what do I do with a case number?!

Since you have your case number, you can now send in your DS-3032 via email to the NVC email: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov: (from your SO's email, not yours. unless your the beneficiary) (if you want) and then log onto payment portal and use your case number and your IIN number (if you have it. Then you can pay the AOS.

Your spouse ( the applicant) can now send the DS-3032 ( Choice of Agent) by email. See sample DS-3032 Template: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Once you received the email (Case # and IIN), you can pay the AOS Fee. This is the link to the payment portal: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

NVC will send you an email with your Case Number & Invoice Identification Number (IIN).

Or you can keep calling in each day and asking for it by phone.

They can give me the IIN number over the phone? I tried to ask the lady yesterday she wasn't trying to give it to me. She was like check your mail/email in a few days. I'm just so impatient lol

Call again untill you speak to a decent nice person who is willing to provide you with all the info you need. make sure you give them both email addresses ( yours and your husband)..even when you get the case number and IIN you still have to wait until they invoice AOS fee to be paid.

Can I please have the number for the NVC? Is at an automated system or I have speak to a representative? thank you
