Okay I thought I was so confident about myself and about the interview but at this point I'm shaking. I have my interview in 13 days.

How can I handle the stress? Everything is ready for the Interview,

-Pictures me and her together,

-My father visiting her family in NY,

-Pics of her family,

-Some pics of the ceremony

-Some handwritten letters that we sent to each other

-Some Emails.

-Some pics of us in the NYPD Precinct with other coworkers (She is an Auxiliary NYPD Sergeant)

I'm "studying" for the interview to get ready to answer all kind of questions but I know for sure that once I enter that building in Naples I will start shaking and might forget something.

The stress is almost killing me, can almost sleep 3/4 hours a night, because that Officer will decide my future.

How can you handle this stress? My wife keeps telling me to relax but it ain't that easy! What's your tips?! (Sorry if wrong section!)

Darnell gave the best advice that I have started to take to heart and is working for me. (Thanks Darnell!)

Exercise! Every single day get out and do something. It helps pass time and is good for you. It will hopefully help you sleep better as well.

Eat well! Don’t eat ####### just because you are feeling nervous etc. Treat your body well and it will help you handle the stress better.

Try to sleep. Being overtired doesn’t do your state of mind any good at all.

Good Luck! I’m sure you’ll do fine.

Thanks I will go out for a run tomorrow...!!! But tonight can't help it! I also noticed a mistake on the USCIS Website where they said I have changed my address and the status of my application is pending, when it was approved and already got my interview scheduled. I'm gonna start loosing my hair now lol

I was thinking last night that maybe you need to step away from the studying a bit and maybe get out and see some friends that you won’t see for a while after the move.

Totally take your mind off of the whole immigration thing and just enjoy yourself.

This process is very nerve wracking and isn’t good for our mental health at all.
