filers in october , when we ger approuved ?

I sent my 130 october, got my NOA1 but until now, I do not know when I will get: approuved ???? is it normal that it takes so long?

Yes, unfortunately, it is normal. Look at your timeline, you have an estimate interval of when you may receive your approval. It says "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 18, 2013 and June 17, 2013*. ", based on how long it takes for other VJ members who filed for the same application as you.

Don't rely too much on that estimate, but it usually gives a pretty good idea. Be aware that it may change overtime.

The vj estimate is not reliable, esp for MSC numbers. I have been past it for the past 2 months as it moves. Basically it takes about 6-10 months for this part of the process. It can take significantly less or a great deal more. I filed in Oct and am still waiting too.

It makes me very sad because I got married 4 years ago, now I have to wait more months to be with my husband. some people got approved fast, like 2 months but vermount is very slow .

I have nothing to do but waiting for this process. Good luck to all of you , hoping things get faster then they say on timeline.
