I am a US citizen and my questions is.

How can I start to petition my dad?

Do I have to fill out all the papers for him or he is the one to do it?

And what documents do we need to get?

You can fill everything out for him, then let him sign the form. If you choose to do it for him, there is a section that you will have to state your name and address that you're the preparer of the form, and then sign.

It tells you clearly what documents to send. Read all the instructions, and if you have any questions you can then ask. Best of luck!
