I just received an approval email about 10 minutes ago. YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! July 30th Noa1 receipient here!!

On February 13, 2013, your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Hearty Congratulations. I wish you all the very best for the next part of your K1 process. I cant have enough of these approvals. Yay.... :dance:

Congratulations..I got my noa1 the same date as .30th july only God knows how this uscis people work...lol. Congrats again

Congrats!!! Can I ask what day u filled because I'm a July 27th and still waiting

I'm July 26th, but this approval is from VSC and not CSC. CSC is a little behind.

Yah I'm almost at 200 days which is crazy me and my fiancé are trying to stay positive but it's just talking so long

I know tell me about it, I'm at 198 as of today. Yayyyy for CSC for being slow or I just don't know. I hope they process us pretty soon and hear something even an RFE (not really) but, just need to know that someone has my petition and is adjudicating it. Lets hope this Valentine's brings us some really good news like an NOA2. Fingers crossed.
