Visa waiver extension (WT)

my aunt came with a Visa waiver. She got injured and stayed on the hospital for a couple of weeks. She wants to stay a little longer. Can we extend a WT visa? is that possible? and if so which form?

I think that one of the limitations of the VWP is exactly that you cannot extend it beyond the 90-day limit.

It is possible but it has to be a real emergency that is preventing you from leaving the US, not that your aunt was injured and missed out on some of her stay:

If she hasn't stayed the full 90 days she can certainly use the rest of the 90 day period, regardless of the date on her original return ticket.
