How long after my AOS interview should I wait until I request an infopass? Our interview was Jan.8,2013 in Atlanta office and we have heard nothing via email or letter. The interview went very smooth and the IO say the GC should come in about 2-3 weeks And it's been well over that. I realize that there probably is a holdup with all this new immigration with illegal minors but we were just wondering what to do. Also, do we have to request online or can we show up at the Atlanta office? Thanks!

If they said 2-3 weeks and you haven't had anything up till now, I would make the info pass and go see what happened.

You need to book the appointment online they will not let you into the service centers without appointment.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
