I-130 -No Death Certificate of step father

I'm filing for my step brother(India) & we don't have a death certificate of my step father, so what should i submit -should i do Notary or affidavit ? what should be the matter for Notary or Affidavit .also I'm enclosing following documents with form I-130.let me know if anything else i need to send . Thank you

1.check of $420

2.form I-130

3.My citizenship certificate

4.My Birth certificate

5.My father's marriage & death certificate

6.My step brother's birth & Marriage certificate

7.My step father's Marriage & death certificate

If you are filing for a step at what age did you become step siblings ? You need to show the marriage of the parents that created the step relationship.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

my step father died with two kids , then my father married my mother in 1982 . i was born on 1984. i dont have the death certificate of my step father .but i do have marriage certificate.thank you.
