track case from nvc to embassy

hello,

is the tracking system where you can see if your file from the nvc is being shipped to the consulate yet still up to date?

if so how can u track it? all my tries didnt work.

just called the nvc and they confirmed my file left the 31Jan but i also just got a email from frankfurt saying they didnt receive my file yet.

Keep bugging the receiving embassy in Frankfurt. Send them an email everyday until you got a positive response. Also, you should have a case number to include.

The same thing kinda happened to me. For example, the NVC forwarded my petition/visa package to the US embassy in HK on 12/17/08 where my gal was working as as an OFW. I expected the US embassy in HK to let me know when they got it. Well, on or about 02/05/09 I sent the US embassy in HK an email and they stated that they just got the package. I think they were lying... it should not take a 1.5 months to receive documents from one US entity to another US entity. But, who was I gonna complain to?

okay and now if im trying to do it myself i put everything in the same way u did and it says its not found. is it dhl-usa.com?

ull have to know when the nvc send ur file to ur embassy. then u go to dhl.com -> track by shippers reference

then ull put in the date one day earlier than the nvc told u. say in my case they send it 31JAN it will be looking like that:

EXP 30JAN2013A

EXP never changes also not the A at the end

then u can also put in dates so make the search smaller, and ur country where the file is going to....

hope it works... took me forever to figure the right way out lol
