Hello VJ family, I'm wondering now that we are passed the 5 month stage and anticipating getting the noa2 somewhat soon, when is a good time to get my employment letter? now or just after the NoA2. Now my company does this weird online thing as far as the letter goes, is it better to have them handwright it and the stamp it?. Also exactly what needs to be on there other than,

Years of service

Annual salary

date of hire

anything else I'am missing?

As always thank you for your answers in advance, have a great day.

You may request for your employment letter atleast a month before the interview at the Embassy. The most important thing is the Employment Letter must be printed on the Company Letter Head, its good if your HR In-charge can put a company stamp on it but its not really necessary since its already printed on the company letter head.

Make sure your company will state in the letter you're employment status, full time or part time and your postition.
