I have a question, its real easy but for some reason my brain must not be working. My wife came here on a K3 129f visa. I understand that we are required to file another form so she can stay here. What are the forms required? Are they the same forms I filed before 130?

thanks

stanmoonie,

you must either apply to USCIS to adjust status or apply for an immigrant visa through the National Visa Center (NVC).

Has your I-130 petition been approved yet?
