Employment Authorization Question I-765

I am filing a I-130 with the I-485 with that condition getting a EA with the I-765 form is free.

Also with that condition of the I-485 filing conjointly means I don't need an additional copy of my I-94 form for the I-765 package as it is already in my I 485 package. So my question is for anyone who has filed like me and has been in this situation.

Do I need to send in additional 2 passport photos with this I-765 package?

I have already put one with my I-130 and 2 with my I-485

To have to get another 2 for my I-765 seems unnecessary.

Well, it is necessary, it is listed in the instructions. I know it's a hassle and all, but that's just what you need to do.

When you finally get your EAD and your GC they don't even use those pictures you sent, they use the picture taken at biometrics.

Even if something is in your I-485 'package', if it is required for the I-765 as well, you need send two copies. They are separate applications, just filed at the same time.
