we filed mid august 2012. still no news til today. Our petition got sent to NBC Missouri, Tier 2 officer told us they're processing July applications!!! I dont knw whats going on, but seriously, this is getting ridiculous

We are waiting from August 9, 2012. VSC sent me a letter saying it will be another 60 days or 10 months total. They have their heads up their aXXs.

It would be nice if they finished each month of petitions but they jump a head so they can report that there is a 5 month wait while it is 8 or 9 months. They are covering their aXXs. They must be breaking some laws. Write your Senators, the white house, your TV stations and newspapers. The illegals have more rights then US citizens. Illegals can stay will their paperwork is being process. We have to be a part while USCIS plays with themselves.

Vermont August 22nd Filer here. Got the K1 visa in my hand.

From the time I got my NOA1 to the time I got my visa in hand-- it exactly took me 8 months for the process.

I wish all my fellow Vermont August filers all the very best.
