Hi all,

I got my NOA1 on Aug 9... when we check our case status online, it shows that "Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives."

Anyone know what does it mean?

I got the very same message too. Well, I am not quite sure what to make of it. Is there anybody else who got this message on their online case status bar?

I am August filer and I did get my noa2 on January 28th. So I am thinking they should respond to all august filer by end of February. Good to all

I think just about everybody is getting this message. And I think it only applies for new filers not to us who already have applied long back. I think the operative phrase is "when your application or petition is filed.

August 22 NOA1. Updated status today: On February 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Congrats to all those who have received there NOA2s, and good luck to everyone still waiting for it! Hope you all receive yours soon! :)
