I am a f1 student since 2009. I married my wife a US citizin this weekend feb 2013. I am not sure which forms i need apllying for AOS. What the difference between a I-130 and I-485 package?

I-130 establishes a familial relationship between you and your spouse, and the I-485 is an application for a Green Card. You need to file them both at the same time, plus other forms.

i-130 part C 22. What city and state do i put? i live in baldwin city KS, so do i put that? or is it which USCIS office in that case how do i decide which office? and where are they?

It's the USCIS field office. You can find your local one using the locator on the USCIS website. You can choose whichever is most convenient for you to get to, not necessarily the closest one to your home.
