CSC seems to be on a roll lately

After checking mail for about the 64736th time today I just found I got 3(!) mails from CRIS <USCIS-SRMT@dhs.gov> that all said:

The following is the latest information on your case status

Receipt Number: WAC060465XXXX

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On February 28, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Wahoooooooo!!!!!! Approved 3 times!

CSC seems to be taking up speed again, I SO hope to see many many more approvals on VJ soon.

I was so nervous that we might get an RFE because a) we forgot to note the dates on the photos we sent in to prove that we met in the last 2 years (and they were just recently printed off from digital pics) and B) I was clever enough to have Mrs. *Name* printed on all my flight tickets we sent in for further proof (I used to always mix up Ms., Miss and Mrs.). My biographical data said that I've never been married (which is true). I was afraid that might raise some eyebrows if they see the Mrs. and the statement "not/ never married".

So, CSC seems to be pretty fair concerning little flaws which is good news to everybody, huh? :energetic:

P.S.: Is my NOA2 date march 1st (got email then) or feb 28 (NOA mailed by snailmail)?

11/02/2006 - biometrics appointment in Santa Ana

01/05/2007 - interview appointment in Santa Ana - APPROVED!!!

01/16/2007 - greencard in mail

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

3/13/07 - AOS package rec'd at Chicago Lockbox

3/20/07 - Rec'd Social Security Card

3/21/07 - Checks Cashed and Case Status online

3/24/07 - NOA1 Rec'd for AOS and EAD

3/27/07 - rec'd Biometrics appt letter - scheduled for 4/20/07 @ 11:00am

4/02/07 - "touched"

4/20/07 - had biometrics appt.

4/21/07 - rec'd letter stating case was transferred to CSC

5/22/07 - rec'd Case Pending at CSC email

6/25/07 - EAD card production ordered

7/7/07 - EAD "touched"

7/7/07 - AOS "touched"

8-6-07 - Rec'd EAD Card in the Mail

5-20-08 - AOS INTERVIEW - APPROVED - PASSPORT STAMPED

7-2-10 - Received 10 year green card in mail

It was getting quiet around here, which was making me nervous! I am so close to the same date all the approvals are coming from, and it's really making me nervous too! Can't stop checking the USCIS site to see if my status has changed!!! :wacko:

September 12 2006~ I-485 Received by INS

September 18 2006~ NOA recieved

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

February 7th, 2006 Found out Interview date by Calling DOS (202-663-1225)

February 13, 2006 - Packet 4 received

March 21st, 2006 - Medical

What a feeling!! :D

I ws also a little worried because we just used digital pic printed on regular paper. nothing special. We had a few inconsistencies also, nothing major, just a few uncrossed "T's" but enough to make you wonder.

Good luck on the next part of your journey!!

The drama begins - again!
