Here's an updated chart:

http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Resources/Reports%20and%20Studies/Immigration%20Forms%20Data/All%20Form%20Types/DACA/DACA%20Monthly%20Report%20AVer%20II%20PDF.pdf

At least it seems the inflow is tapering off. It's just a matter of time to get through these and get back to us K-1ers and others on here.

Ya thats exactly what I had thought was gonna happen, they r moving through the petitions so quickly, approving so many, that it will start to die down soon. Then maybe they could work a little extra hard to make up for the other cases that have been slow (I wish! )

There is an archive site for VJ, that might have some data you can use.

On a more topical and serious note, at the current rate of K1 NOA2s, September NOA1s can expect 16month waits.

I would hope they won't let it go as far as 16 months...that is a backlog they could not dig themselves out of. I can see how it would go as far as waiting 9-10 months for NOA2 though.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.

It's actually 8-12 months, still long but not 16 months

For approvals to take 16 months or more is almost comical. The approval times have continuously fluctuated over the years and never reached that long. Stop freaking out. There are plenty of people slowly but surely being approved from July and August '12 right now.

AOS+EAD Sent 8-9-13

AOS+EAD Received 8-13-13

EAD NOA1 8-13-13

AOS NOA1 8-15-13

AOS+EAD Biometrics 9-17-2013, Walk-In 8-29-2013

EAD Approved 10-15-13

AOS Interview 12-18-13

E-REQUEST 2-3-14

INFOPASS Appointment 2-12-14

AOS Approved 2-24-2014

False.

I wouldn't call 30 people in 2 months "plenty" when the rate of NOA1 applicants on VJ is over 100/month.

This post has got really interesting.

Purpose of this post to share my opinion and perhaps you should know why you have to wait longer for you K1.

First of all, What is really interesting is that I did call CSC and tgey told me I'm still within normal processing time. I did check their tgere website, it shows AVERAGE processing tine is 5.5 month, but I was told to wait at lease 5.5 month. The word AVERAGE and MINIMUM is not same...

I'm not here to rant, it is reality. What would cause this much delay? My friend went through his K-1 last March, his fianace got her visa in 4 months, they git their NOA2 in 3 months. They got married in October.

My friend is immagrant, he came to U.S. when he was young and his family followed right steps, waited for their paperwork and came to U.S. legally. Their wait time was 10 years....yes I was suprised...

About the dream act or any other reforms that has purposed of giving a legal status for illegals are fine if they are qualify.

These illegal people DID NOT: follow proper procedure nor waited like everyone else also them and their whole family NEVER pay any tax in their while life. Any case filed by these people need to be in a back burner not with everyone else.

my only thought as to why they would be taken care of first is because they had been in the US illegally for a very long time through no fault of their own. It is always better to deal with the undocumented and get them "into the system" so to speak and keep track of them rather then letting them slide by. And if they did not pay taxes for this long I assume there is a financial gain coming from that as well...they would now be working legally and would have to pay taxes. Also, it seems their being approved or not would be rather straight forward. I just checked what they need to supply with their application - it simply looked easier than having to go thru each petition for, say, I- 129F with all the documents and trying to figure out if everything is legit. This way they finish this huge amount of DACA petitions asap and hopefully get back to their usual business. I am not happy about it but it helps me cope when I explain it to myself this way.

Just a thought though :)
