Hi, I applied for my I-526 petition in February 2013. My visa would expire before i get to know whether i have been approved or rejected. I have heard so many rejection stories when the foreign investors have been denied visas in their respective home countries during consular processing. Care to share thoughts on this. I am from New delhi, India currently based in Illinois. What all questions are asked?

Hi sakshidc,

I appreciate its been a while since your post. Could you kindly share your EB-5 visa process journey? My I-526 was just approved last week and should be in transit to NVC about now. I would appreciate any tips you can give on the following steps. We will be going through the CP route in our home country.

There doesnt seem to be many EB-5 cases on this forum. So your help will be very useful. Thanks
