Montreal just released a ton of new march and april dates. When I tried to get a date last week they were all may. If you need/want to update to a sooner time, check it quick!

how do you do that? do you call or email someone?

If you log into the site you used to make the original appointment (Travel.state.gov if I recall) there will be an option for "reschedule your appointment" at under all your information. The new dates should be listed and you'll be able to select one and continue from there.
