Two Last Names

Hi all,

I'm going to start the K1 Visa process soon to bring my Fiance and get married. Mi Fiance is from Colombia, and in Colombia they traditionally use both last names, fathers then Monthers maiden name. So in the I-129f form, if her name is lets say "Jane Doe Smith", for last name on the form, should it be "DOE" or DOE SMITH"?

Do same way in the passport.
