raja123 My case is in AP from last 40 days.I have CR-1 spouse visa.today i called DOS.they toldme ur case is in in islamabad under AP.does it mean that they have completed the AP in USA and now they have send it to islamabad embassy.can anybody pls help.tnx

i have heard that embassy send AP case to USA for name check and other security clearnace.Once it is complete it is sedn back to embassy

As per my knowledge & experience, embassy wont back ur petition after approval for AP, if they do so, then they would tell u clear that ur petition needs for more review, but as u said after ur interview u put in AP, so just wait n see.
