I'm trying to collect some evidence to bring to the Interview at the end of this month, but I can't find a way to get the incoming calls log. How did you obtain your call logs??

Hi!

My husband is using vonage.com from his carrier phone and he can print his call history online. We use viber.com as well and call logs can be sent to email for print-out or directly from the phone's usb cable in a printable manner.

Hope this would help...

Unfortunately she used a prepaid card to call me from the US so no Viber or anything like that :( I called my provider to get a list of the incoming calls and he said that due to privacy I cannot track the incoming calls. I can only track outgoing calls!!

Why don't you try taking the calling cards? I used calling cards to call my husband for an entire year when we were apart at the beginning of our relationship and saved all the cards. Thusly we have 200+ cards to use as proof since we can't get call logs, either. :P It should count for something!

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

To bad I was so stupid to think that I could get the call logs with no problems and threw away the used cards- headbonk.gif

I am using prepaid card from Thailand which I use to call my husband, a USC. I called customer service of the phone service provider and was told to get a police report stating my reason why I need my outgoing and incoming calls.

Try the same thing. Hope you can get your call logs the soonest.
