Hi I was just wondering what your journey was or what stage you are at? How long did or do you expect to wait?

My husbands parents live in USA and has done for about 15yrs his dad is a citizen, we put in our i-130 Feb 09, our case statues is post desision activity that was mar 2011.. I expect to wait another 6+ yrs (fingers crossed ) how long did you wait or expect to wait? Also I have paid the fees for us but I havnt paided my 4childrens as I was told I can do that later on when we hear its nearly time to go. I just worry out the blue I get a letter saying it can go any further until fees get paid. Has anyone else experienced any shocks from immigration. Also my partner is diabetic does that cause any complications

I started mine in may2011,by june,uscis had approve my petion

After all the processes,by october,he had his first interview. They told him that b4 dey approve it,dey have to interview me

So we set up an appointment for febuary 2012

Aftee r interview,i dnt knw wat hppn or wat went wrong,dey still ddnt approve us

May31 2012,dey sent my petition back for further review,ever since then its still at post decision activity

I called the jus about everyday n email dem and harrass them

Around december,i got a letter sayon dat my application was tranferred to vermont. It was originaly in california

Now last week,i received an email sayin dat it was transferred to another u.s conculate

I calld uscis to ask them wat does that mean

Most of them told me they dont knw(which i find dem very stupid for not knowing)

I kept callin,den finally one person told me thatit normaly mean that he's goona get another interview

Bein that i wasnt or she wasnt quite sure ,i still kept calln dem till sumone gave me a positive answer

I calld again yesterday,the lady told me that yes it means he's about to get another interview,but there system still not updated yet,so it shows that its still at uscis

She said if i did received that email,then its on its way to the consular office for another interview

Hopefully by next month,my husband will be out of that hell holethe latest i hope is the begining of april

Rite now stuff mite b delayd cuz its da mardigra week so the embassy is closed

Next week imma call dem to c if the application is der

Then FINALLY I can stop stressn out

I jus hope n pray they approve it this time
