If your wife only has a green card, she cannot petition for you. Only a US citizen can petition. Your petition would be denied.

I think he posted in the wrong section, but a LPR can petition for their spouse, it just takes long than a USC doing it would.

Currently they are processing the visa for PD Oct 2010. You still have at least 1 year waiting.

First of all there is no term of spouse visa for a spouse of LPR. Once your I-130 is approved by USCIS, they will forward your docs to the NVC. NVC will ask you for other civil docs, affidavit of support, etc at some point when your visa is likely to be available in the next 9 months or so. Then you will just wait for your PD to become current. Your PD is Feb 2012 and right now as of March VB, the cut off date has reached only to 22Nov2010. So, now you can imagine when you will get your chance.

Total waiting time for F2A category (Spouse of Lawful Permanent Resident) is 2-3 YEARS, from i-130 filing to visa issuance.

Refer to the monthly Visa Bulletin: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html
