Apply for a B-2 While K1 visa is pending?

Hi there !

I need your help to know what could i say to prove that i don't intend to immigrate on a B2 while my K1 (fiance visa) is pending? I want to obtain one to visit my fiance until the K1 petition is approved by uscis(and i have to return to france to get the visa).

Besides a student loan in my french bank that i am paying and regular appointments that i have to be at because i am getting money from the french government (than i plan on givig up once i move back to the US). I don't really have anything to show as a tie. What is your advice?

And yea i cannot use the VWP anymore because last time i overstayed a couple weeks. i feel stupid now because i cannot visit my fiance while the k1 is pending. A b2 was denied to me in august 2012 before we applied for the K1 because i couldn't show any ties (but he never asked me any questions on it)

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014

NOA1: 01/11/16

Approval and Production Notice: 07/29/16

Where are you living? Do you have a lease or mortgage?

What about a car note?

Cell phone bills?

You'll need lots of evidence with a USC fiance and a previous overstay

No i don't have any of this except for a loan im paying back at my bank. I have a phone bill too
