my husband&i co-sponsoring my aunt for permanent residency using I864. need clarification:

1) are electronically filed IRS returns w/our electronic signatures acceptable for 2009,2010,2011?

2) need submit pay stubs for past SIX months or past 6 pay stubs?

3) we have 2 kids ages 4&2. do we need submit their birth certificates and SS#'s?

You should get the tax transcript from IRS it has all your wages and less pages to send in.

need submit pay stubs for past SIX months or past 6 pay stubs

6 months with a letter from your employer on Letter Head

we have 2 kids ages 4&2. do we need submit their birth certificates and SS#'s

I dont know why you need to send in your kids info. You are filing for your aunt not kids. There info is not needed.
