Getting a real person at the California USCIS.

Hello;

I obtained my noah1 8-2-12, & am trying to call them to check on it, but I can't get a real person. Somehow I got somebody around a month back, & they said if we didn't hear from them by 2-4-13, to call them. I tried but couldn't seem to get a real person. There are some posts with some key entries after dialing the no., but they're pretty old, & don't seem to work. Does anyone call and know the current key entries to get a real person after dialing the initial phone #?

Usually pick the one that says you forgot your case number or you need to change an address and you should get someone on the phone.

My fiance says you have to call them first thing in the morning! He always gets a real person this way

Or simply don't press anything. Wait until you get a real person speaking Spanish and ask to be transferred to an English speaking person. If that shortcut still works, that is.

Edit: Have you tried checking your case status online?
