CEAC Website Problems

This afternoon I checked the CEAC website and it said that the file was touched today and it read "Issued". I called the State Department to see what we need to do next and they said we are still in AP. I re-checked the CEAC website and it is again saying AP. I triple checked the website when it first said Issued to make sure I'd entered everything correctly and I had. It definitely said Issued. Has anyone else been through this?

I'm sorry I don't have any info that might help you, however, I do have a question. Before your case status was changed to "Issued" (even though briefly), were there a lot of "status update date" changes?

There have been quite a few updates. The date was changed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday (?) and today. It has always said AP other than that brief window this afternoon when it said Issued.

my status was updated like tht also...it kept changing for 4 or 5 days nd i thought ap was almost done thats y they r updating it...but it was b.s cuz now it stopped nd no visa nothing changed still days "administrative processing" i feel like they're just messing wit us now
