Medical Exam Before AOS initial interview

The medical exam you had when you did K1 or K3 is valid for 12 months.... as long as the medical is valid when you file for AOS it does not matter how long you have to wait for an interview....

You do not need another medical as your medical was valid when you filed...

Thank you to reply my post. I just got off the phone from the doctor's office. His assistant said I must take medical exam including TB test again, but I do not have to take any shots. Anyone had same experience before?

Do you call the USCIS when you want to know what medicine to take for a fever?

If you have a question about immigration law call an immigration attorney, not a doctor.
