My wife recently interviewed for IR-1 visa at Casablanca CO and at the time of the interview, her doc did not send her medical her medical report prior to the interview day, as a result, she was interviewed and at the end of the interview, she was given a white paper and asked to bring her medical report. Next day, she got a call from the consulate telling her that they got the Medical report from their Doc and asked her to drop her passport. She dropped her passport and a guy working there told her that they gonna call her back.........

After interview, calling her to drop her passport and telling her to expect a call from the consulate is a good sign or another routine and a negative sign of denial?

Thank u for your support.

Do we have to expect a call from them with in a week ( may be) ? I will keep my fingers crossed.

Generally, they grant visas 2 days after submitting the passport or any required document. If she dropped her passport monday, she will get her visa by wednesday; Good luck
