Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible that my mom can immigrate in US since she cannot speak english at all. Is it possible that I can request a relative interpreter together with my filing of the form I-130 and accommodate her during her interview? And also I have never worked, is it possible my husband is the only one who sponsor my mom?

I am a US citizen through marriage.

Your husband cannot sponsor your Mother, he is not related to her!

Your husband can be the co-sponsor.

You have to petition her, not your husband, although he can be the co-sponsor. They will have translators if required, you don't bring one.

Also you say you're a US citizen through marriage, but your profile says you're removing conditions yet. You might want to update that to remove confusion. Because if you are still removing conditions, you're not a citizen yet. There's no conditions a citizen needs to remove.
