Looks like Beijing decided on temporarily (2 years preceding Olympics, till closing ceremonies) to copy Singapore (which fines you not only for spitting/littering but also for failing to flush the loo after use).

How do they catch the non-flushers???? Do they have toilet cams ... toilet monitors ... toilet police????

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
