Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

i read this at USCIS page,i suppose to have interview for my green card in two weeks it says online,but my letter with information about date,time and place is not gonna get to me cause of delay of 30 -45 days,what i suppose to do?

Wrong. The delay is referred only to the website. Everything is gonna work as slow as usual and the website won't be updated for a while. Your interview is safe

It does not say anything about letters being delayed. It simply says those filing a new application or petition may not see their case status online for 30-45 days. Does not apply to your situation.

You may want to call and try to speak to a tier 2 officer to see if your letter was already mailed because it seems like you should have received it already if your interview is that near.

This always the case - it sometimes took up to 30 days for the cases to be available on the website from when you first submitted the packets. I suspect they sent this email because too many people were calling and saying "where is my case!" It makes no practical change, especially for you, who is already at interview stage.

This is probably because of people like me who didn't have an update to the case status website until a couple of months after they applied (though I never contacted them asking about it, I'm sure others did). Seems to be updating fine otherwise.. I just got my notification of card production.

OK...thanks,i guess i misunderstood. im concern since i didnt receive letter yet and it says they mailed it on January 24th... Thank you everyone!
