If you are waiting to hear from NVC then you are wasting time! Read the first 2 posts here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/412212-nvc-filers-february-2013/page__st__390__p__5967230__fromsearch__1#entry5967230 and join that thread and ask many questions.

You should call NVC tomorrow morning and ask if you have recieved your case number and IIN number yet? If you have, you can pay the bills online and send in your forms/packet.

You need to be very proactive at NVC if you want to fly through it (can be done in less than a month). If you want it to take multiple months, then you certainly can wait for them to send you stuff by snail mail.

If you need extra help, you can inbox me. I just completed the NVC process. I had my case completed in 23 days, interview date was assigned a week after that. Took me less than a month.

GOOD LUCK!

Once you give NVC your email address, all further contact is done through email, not snail mail.
