2 Interviews?

Hi Guys I am from Chennai . From what I have read I understand that you need to undergo 2 interviews , one at the Biometrics centre and then one at the Embassy ?

so my doubts are :-

1) How far apart are the Biometric and the Embassy Interviews? Will they both be in Mumbai ? I ask this because I want to know how far apart should I book the forward and return flights to Mumbai from Chennai so as to avoid going twice to Mumbai for both the Interviews .

2) Can I do the Medical exam in Chennai or do I have to do it in the Hospital in Mumbai ?

Biometrics and interview are done together ( SAME DAY ) in Mumbai Consulate, so there is no 2 interviews.

For Medical, you can get it done in Chennai.
