Who should file i864A?

Hello All,

I have one quick question for you all. Can someone please tell me, who should file I864A form? My wife (student-No income) and my father-in-law are sponsoring me and i believe my father-in-law met 125% above income then poverty line. My father-in-law and mother-in-law files tax as joint, so does my mother-in-law need to fill i864A form as contract between Sponsor and household member?

Please advise me for this.

Any help is appreciated.
