It's been 5 months since the Vermont Service center received my K1/I-129f packet. We are still in initial review!

I checked the processing time again and now it's showing 6.1 months and I thought I remember it showing 5 months back in September when I sent it. Oh the wait and now the thoughts of "what If" .....

Just venting a little, I know we have to be patient....

You are still on the normal waiting time.. Try to follow up your petition, my fiance called the nvc on our almost 5 months of waiting.. The agent told him to wait for 2 weeks, we waited for two weeks then our petition was approved..

July 02, 2013 (Day 32) - Biometrics done
July 23, 2013 (Day 53) - USCIS Website AOS status from "Acceptance" to "Testing and Interview"

July 30, 2013 (Day 60) - USCIS Website AOS status Testing and Interview - August 29, 2013

July 31, 2013 (Day 61) - Received NOA mail for Interview

August 06, 2013 (Day 67) - USCIS Website EAD status "Card Production"

- USCIS Website AP status "Post Decision Activity - Approved Application"

August 13, 2013 (Day 74) - USCIS website EAD status " Card Mailed to the address on file"

August 17, 2013 (Day 78) - EAD/AP card on hand

August 29, 2013 (Day 90) - Interview Day @ 10:15am

- Green Card Production

Seems you are not alone, I have read of quite a few passed 200 days and still waiting, and that is VSC and CSC. Looks like there are for sure both backed up! WoW! Year ago at this time we had just received our approval in............ 141 days.

Ours is 280 days since NOA1...The California Service Center transfered our application to Vermont Service Center, until now we didnt hear anything from them... :(:no:

chatting No E-mails.

February 2009 : arrived for first meeting in-person! We become friend.

September 2009 : arrived for second meeting in-person

February 2011 : Arrived for third meeting Engaged!!!

June 2011 : Propose to marry in 2012!!!

February 2,2012 : arrived forth meeting in person

February 3, 2012 : got the capacity to marry from the US Embassy Manila

February 14, 2012: Wedding ceremony at Municipality of Cainta, Rizal Philippines
