USCIS MISTAKE OR???

After weeks of calling uscis to get a service request my fiancee finally got one it the numbers start wit T1E 10numbers and ends with CSC. but my problem and what i dont understand is she said the lady said wait 240 days to get our case?So i am confused does she meant the 7months we already been waiting by now for our NOA2?or does she meant we have to wait for another 7months???And Please help does the service request help anyhow in chances of getting noa2???

I assume from what you said that what she meant is ....before you can ask for service request you have to wait 240 days (from you NOA1). Cases that are waiting longer would only then be considered out of normal processing times and therefore qualify.

so many peole who have put in a service request here on VJ share a disappointing experience. some have reported being given varied time frames to wait. so even if she was told that, just take it with a grain of salt and pray you hear something good soon.
