i checked my online status and this is the message say:

Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

what does it means?

confused and i think USCIS getting tired of me cuz i always checking my status lol

Looks like another over flow of applicants. I often wonder if tax time is not an increased time in filings. Tax check means money for the process which means many more applicants which means delays. What I auggest is to keep the dialogues going here with others, someone will eventually break through with some real answers and causes for delays. Like the other response stated, do not wait for the mail for anything. I will soon be giving our step by step process and costs as I kepts logs.

Good luck

I think it means that you can get the answer in the mail, eventhough online it's not updated. We got approved but our answer came in the mail last month, in the online system it's still in the review stage. Hope that helps :)

thank you and hoping will got approved cuz its been 7 months waiting for NOA2...

EVERYONE sees this. Even approved people, even people whose cases have been appearing online for MONTHS see it.

It means they just are slow posting the case statuses, that's IT. Your case is still being processed. It is not a processing delay, just an initial case status delay. You will be notified of your RFEs and/or approvals on time.

Don't worry about RFEs. I expected and even wanted one because I knew we had not submitted enough supporting documentation. An RFE would mean the file was in someone's hands, and they are guiding you to what you need to do to get approved. They are holding the file so they can process it as soon as they get what they need.

Of course I hope you get approved without one, but don't be afraid of one.
