Current Packet arrival time in Mexico?

My fiance and I were approved three weeks ago.We first heard from USCIS via text way back at the end of July so we have been patiently waiting like all of you also,but at least she is in Tijuana,Mexico so I was able to live with her for over three years and continue to work in the USA and see her and her son as much as possible so that makes the waiting way easier accept for the border crossing before my work.

My question is what is the current packet arrival time for people on this site.We got another letter yesterday saying Juarez has a case number for us and my fiance who I live with will be receiving our packet soon.Not sure what they mean by soon.The letter had a whole bunch of numbers to call but they charge.We wana know how long we should wait to call if we don't get our packet.Also whats the average time that the paquets have been arriving in.Also will it arrive in Mexico like they said or will I get something at my Moms address where the last two letters arrived in San Diego,California in the USA.

Also how long usualy is your interview scheduled after the packet arrives?

Before I know from coworkers and this site and things my fiance read on the net they gave you the date,But now my fiance is telling me you have choices is this true?
