Ah okay, so you were interviewed separately. I think I missed that part. In that case, I suppose you couldn't say anything. Well, good luck with your next steps! I'm sure it will all work out as it should.

Thank you....I know it would I have faith.

Yes we had money transfer receipts..he has a 9 and 8 year old..

She was surprise that he spoke english

she asked him where did he learn english he said in haiti

She aske him how many times did she visit you

he said 5 in DR and 1 time in haiti

she ask him how many kids i have

and there age...he said my son was 10 instead of 11

he ask about his kids where do they live

they ask him do he talk to my family he said yes on the phone

they asked why didnt we get married.. he said I want to marry with my family there.

they ask him what do he do for a living.. he answer them..

They asked him for his date of birth.

HE said he speak with my kids through skype..

previously you said your fiance answered all the questions correctly. yet here you state he answered the age of your child wrong. This is enough for a denial through Haiti.

Listen I am going through the same thing as you, My fiance got denied for no reason. He answered all the questions and the CO gave a white sheet with article 221g checked with no other requested evidence, like she sent him to hell. I want to know if it was a female CO like my fiance's interview. I will write to Consular affairs to request for her removal in Haiti. I want them to check all her files, like the people she interviewed in a month and how many she approves or denies. They have to double check those people files. She is probably a nut, a racist, I will tag her until proven otherwise. You cannot deny a person for one wrong answer, hell no, specially, your son's age.The CO has to know that in Haiti, a new year comes, everyone's age moves to the next number. It's because she has a personal problem. I will not take "No" for an answer. I will give you more details. ,I will write to consular affairs in Kentucky. It seems she's the one denying every single person that comes before her.

its not a surprise to get a denial for no reason in a very poor country. that is the point of the interview. so the CO can feel you out. the government gives them the power to decide. and in a place with a absurdly high risk of fraud they go in it skeptical to begin with. you are guilty until proven innocent, in a country that not many people go to school at all and this man knows English that is enough of a red flag for a CO to deny. its sad but necessary, there is so much fraud that gets through its alarming. i have seen it first hand and its sad. there are probably people posting here that are asking these questions to help their fradulent activities. its a grey area in this forum but it is a sad reality that fraud happens and it always will when you are fighting like a dog in the street for a better life no matter the cost, no matter the hurt you put on someone else, its a dog eat dog world and these CO's know that, they are trained to see what some people will do for a green card and a ticket out of extreme poverty, i dont blame them for trying to do there jobs, and of course there will be some racist or some that are just more bitter, but they are human like you and me. you can only hope for the best and plan for the worst.

that being said i got my noa1 today. and im just beggining this journey, i just hope my CO will have an ounce of compassion for me and my future wife, because we have been through enough, it does help that my embassy is not a high risk one but thats the luck of the draw.
