Approved fiancee will not be at her home address to receive her visa. Question?

We were approved Wednesday as I posted and then checked the website for verification. Now our situation is this. My fiancee is staying in Manila. Her passport address is for her place in Bohol. She is not planning on returning to Bohol and now is worried if 2go will leave her passport with her Ate (older family member). Is there a way for her to contact 2go today to see what her options are? If so, does anyone have their number?? Also, since she did not talk to 2go at the Embassy as all she was told at her visa interview "everything was good, is this the correct spelling of your name and is this your correct address" She was then told "thak you maam you can go now" Sooooo what identificaton number does she use if she contacts 2go for them to locate her information?

Any thoughts or suggestion are once again appreciated.

Will this drama ever end :rofl:

My fiancee (now wife) was not there to get her visa and 2GO told her that she can have a letter saying stating she authorized another person to receive her visa. Call them and explain your situation.
