Actually that story in Philly made national and international news and was quite horrific. As somebody who happens to be pretty anti-abortion, I don't think there is a need to use unverified stories to scare people. It is either something people are morally for or against and no amount of scare tactics is going to make them change their minds.

And you can thank your 'right-to-life' colleagues with making abortions much more dangerous than they should be. With the harassment and death threats it is no wonder that many decent doctors and clinics have decided against providing this medical service. If you folks get your way abortions will be driven back into the alleys and completely unsanitary conditions where they were prior to abortion becoming legal! And as a result many more women will die.

We get it, Danno. You don't agree with abortion. And that's perfectly fine. But let's stop EXPLOITING these women to further an agenda of yours, shall we? Whether you agree with the procedure or not, we need to have it readily available for women who are in need of it. We need it to be a safe medical procedure, because guess what would happen if it wasn't? Women would STILL get abortions, yet MORE women would die as the result because they would be done unsafely.

A woman should not be forced to carry a child for 9 months if she does not want to. And you should not be able to pick and choose who should be allowed to have an abortion and who doesn't - that's not your call. Thankfully.
